you can do this exercise when you want to go through any problem.

01) place your hands on your back.
02) person A steps to the left, while person B steps to the right.
03) person B steps to the right, while person A steps to the left.
04) repeat.
05) if you step to the right, hold your right hand in a lower outward position.
06) if you step to the left, put your right foot backwards.
